Karen's Weight-loss Tips

Karen tries several ways to lose weight, but all of them are in vain.
A day, when she goes on the way, she meet a boy, the boy says:You can go jogging, don't eat fast food, and eat vegetable a lot.
Karen is surprised why she haven't thought of this tip.
Lose 5 kg, lose 5kg, lose 5 kg......
Three months later, the boy met Karen again, and he can't recognize her.
